I must confess that after seeing what’s been happening to the government the last couple of weeks, I am a little sad that I won’t be able to attend the protest that has been scheduled in front of our state capitol tomorrow. It’s an event that is being coordinated with other protests being held across the nation in response to the changes that President Trump has been making to our agencies, and the decisions he has made which affect myself, family, and friends. I’ll be thinking a lot about the message of the protests even as I sit this one out, but there will be other opportunities I’m sure.
